Age 33, of Dayton, passed away Thursday, August 3, 2006, at the University Hospital, Cincinnati, Ohio. Heather was born October 23, 1972 in Dayton to John O. & Patricia Ann (Nelson) Williams.
In addition to her parents she is survived by her husband of the past six years, Terry Lee Turner; her 4 year old daughter, Emily Madison Turner; brother, John Ryan Williams; and by her extended family in both Dayton and Tennessee.
The family will be receiving friends from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m., Monday, at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 4104 Needmore Road, Dayton, with funeral services to follow at 2:00 p.m. Rev. Larry Nichols will officiate. Interment will follow at Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers the family would prefer that contributions be made in memory of Heather to a fund to be used for her daughter's education. Donations should be addressed to: LaPetite Academy, Attn: Julie, 17 Apple Blossom Place, Beavercreek, Ohio 45440-3207. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
