Hazel Leoda Reed
Age 68, of Dayton, passed away on September 23, 2011. She was born on April 17, 1943 to the late Oda and Eva Reed.
In addition to her parents, Hazel was preceded in death by her grandmother, Carmen Hart.
Hazel is survived by her siblings, Tresa (Jim) Berry and Gary (Sherry) Reed; four nieces, Treshele (Calvin) Heller, Tonya (Dave) Adkins, Kelly (Aaron) Rice, and Shaleen (Chad) Weisenborn; one nephew, Gary (Jen) Reed, Jr.; three great nieces, Taylor, Sidney, Avery; five great nephews, Todd, Matt, Ethan, Logan, and Cayce; many other family members and good friends.
Hazel was a member of First Baptist Church of Northridge.
A visitation will be held on Sunday October 9, 2011from 3:00 to5:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 4104 Needmore Rd. A funeral service will take place at the funeral home on Monday October 10, 2011 at 10:00 am. Pastor Bob Wolfe will be officiating services. Burial to follow at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens.
