Lewis, Hayden, 91 of Dayton, passed away Tuesday, July 18, 2006. He is survived by his wife Ruth of 69 years, sons Roy (Edna) Lewis, Paul Lewis, Hayden (Heidi) Lewis Jr., Ronald Lewis, Kenneth (Marcia) Lewis, sister Ada Ross, 11 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and close family and friends. Funeral Services will be 11:00 A.M. Saturday, July 22, 2006 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton, Ohio 45424 with burial to follow at Glen Haven Cemetery, New Carlisle, Ohio. Visitation will be 10-11:00 A.M. Saturday, July 22, 2006 also at the funeral home. Donations may be made in Hayden's name to Hospice of Heartland. To send a special message to the family.
