Barnes, Hattie B., age 82, of Dayton, passed away on Wednesday, October 14, 2015 at Hospice of Dayton.
She was employed by Dayton Public Schools for over 35 years. Preceded in death by her parents, Nep, Jr., and Lillie Mae Harden; husband, Miles Mark Barnes; and siblings, Farris Harden, Shirley (Palmer) Pitts, Eugenia (Rev. E. Jack) Horne.
She is survived by her son, Charles(Amber) Barnes ,and 3 grandchildren, Shayla, Charlea, and Christian Barnes; 5 brothers, Isaac, Robert, Joe (Barbara), Charles, and James, Sr. (Sharon) Harden; 3 sisters, Annie B. Bedingfield, Carrie Jones, and Nancy (Ronald) Sumlin.
