Harry Allen Throm, Jr.

Harry Allen Throm, Jr., age 59 of Dayton, passed away October 21, 2019. He was born October 25, 1959 in Fairborn, Ohio. Harry was preceded in death by his father, Harry A. Throm, Sr.; sister, Jennifer Lawson; and dear friend, Abby.
Harry is survived by his daughter, Heather Throm; grandchildren: Jocelyn and Allen; mom, Charlotte Smith; sisters: Pam Isaacs, Mary Durham (James), Barbara Perry (Mitchell), Shawnda Salyer (Travis); brothers: Mike and Marvin Highley; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends, including: Dennis, Ronnie, Bob, Marilyn, Coby, Crystal and little Heather.
Harry was an avid Cleveland Browns and Ohio State Buckeye fan. He was a very talented mechanic; enjoyed fishing, camping and loved collecting knives, Zippo lighters and statue dragons. Most of all Harry loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 5-8 pm on Friday, October 25, 2019 at Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Road, where the funeral service will be held at 9:30 am on Saturday. Burial to follow at Calvary Cemetery. Contributions may be made to the family to help with final expenses.
