MEESE, Harry Monroe, age 83, of Dayton, passed away Fri., Jan. 26, 2007. He was born June 26, 1923 in Brownsville, PA to the late Clarence & Emma Meese. Harry was preceded in death by 1 granddaughter Amanda and 1 brother Dale. He is survived by his wife Jean, to whom he was married 59 years; 3 children Terri Bierdeman (Phil) of Columbus, David Meese (Vanita) of Enon and Steve Meese (Lisa) of Pitsburg; 5 grandchildren Andrew, Yosef, Alexander, Amy and Jonathan and 1 brother Larry Meese (JoAnne) of Beavercreek. Harry retired from General Motors after 38 years of service, was a veteran of the U.S. Army having served during W.W.II and a member of Cornerstone Baptist Temple. Funeral services 1:30 P.M., Tues., Jan. 30, 2007 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Rd. Pastor Jerry Siler officiating. Interment Glen Haven Memorial Gardens.
