Age 76, of Huber Heights, passed away Friday, June 10, 2011. He was born July 21, 1934.
He was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church. Marvin worked for NCR, Frigidaire, and retired from General Motors.
He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Helen Simpson; children, Sharon Dempsey and Steve (Tessie) Simpson; grandchildren, Reggie Dizon, Rolando Dizon, Angela Hanahan, and Jonathan Hanahan; two great grandchildren, Trestan Dizon and Brianna Krull; brothers and sisters, Millie Cline, Charles Simpson, Ronald Simpson, Diane Hogan, and Jerry Simpson.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Marguerite Simpson; two brothers, Conrad and Richard Simpson.
Visitation will be held Monday, June 13, 2011 from 5-7 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home (4104 Needmore Rd.). Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday at the funeral home with Burial to follow in Calvary Cemetery.
