Harry D. Parks, age 83, of Moraine, passed away Tuesday, November 23, 2010.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Buford & Josie Parks; son, Darrell Parks; and brother, Glen Parks.
Harry is survived by his wife of 65 years, Anna Parks; son, Larry (Claris) Parks; grandchildren, Steve, James, Laura, Stacy, Kelly, Leslie, Eric, and Nathan; 23 great-grandchildren; sister, Bonnie Anderson; brother, Bob Parks; and many other relatives and friends.
Harry retired from Delco Products after 37 years.
Special thanks to Dr. Schmidt, and the staff at Elm Creek Nursing Home for their care and compassion.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, December 1, 2010 from 10-11am at Newcomer Funeral Home South Chapel (3940 Kettering Blvd, Kettering, OH 45439). The service will begin at 11am. Burial will follow at Miami Valley Memory Gardens.
