Dr. Harry Richard Black, Born October 10, 1921, peacefully passed at home on March 30, 2014.
Preceded in death by his wife Virginia. Survived by his sons Richard, Tim and Chris; daughter-in-laws Lori and Teresa, 4 grandsons and 3 granddaughters and his long devoted friend Mary Sue.
He was best known for his Artistic works including Smokey the Bear, Mr. Clean and numerous paintings displayed at Grandview Hospital. He taught art at Sinclair College for 39 years. He was a WWII Veteran commissioned to paint pictures of and during the war.
Graveside service is Wednesday April 16, 2014 at 11am at David's Cemetery, Kettering, OH.
