Harry A. Orahood, Jr.

Orahood, Harry Anderson, Jr. of Fairborn passed away Wednesday, the 13th of March 2013 leaving three children, Debra (Kenneth) Gevedon, Gary (Priscilla) Orahood, and Paul Orahood; four grandchildren, Christine Ryan, Kevin Gevedon, Sarah Orahood, and Joshua Orahood; one great grandson Cole Harding; and two nieces in England Corrine and Alison Hains. Harry is preceded in death by his beloved wife of fifty seven years Jean (nee Tweed).

Harry was born the 17th of September 1930 on Fort Riley KS. He joined the United States Air Force in 1949 and subsequently served nearly twenty seven years retiring as a Chief Master Sergeant in 1976. Upon his assignment to RAF South Ruislip England, he met the love of his life, Jean. They were married on the 1st of June 1952 and subsequently lived in England and the Philippines. They were also stationed in Texas, Michigan, Colorado, Ohio, and Washington D.C. before finally settling down in Fairborn Ohio.

Harry will be greatly missed by family and friends. The family would like to thank Emeritus at Fox Run for taking care of Harry in his final days.
