Harold E. Plumlee, age 70 of Dayton, passed away January 21, 2014. He was born December 31, 1943 in Dayton to the late Harold and Irene Plumlee. In addition to his parents Harold was preceded in death by his wife, Drema Plumlee.
Harold is survived his significant other, Leola Turvene; brother, Charles (Karen) Plumlee; 2 sisters-in-law: Sandy Lowery and Vera Wilz; many special relatives and friends.
Harold was a veteran of the U.S. Army, Vietnam War. He retired from the U.S. Post Office after 35 years of service.
A graveside military service will be held at 3:00 pm on Friday, February 7, 2014 at Dayton National Cemetery, 4100 W. Third Street. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Harold's name to the D.A.V. or The Hospice of Dayton. Arrangements by Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Road.
