Harold Phillips, age 78 of Miamisburg, passed away on Saturday, October 23, 2021 at home surrounded by his loving family. He was born on March 19, 1943 in Hamilton, Ohio to the late Norton and Dovie (nee Roark) Phillips.
He is survived by his daughter, Lori Jene Phillips and son, Chandler Von Phillips; granddaughter, Lauren Elizabeth Allen; four siblings, Ercell (Jean) Phillips, Elenora Vaughn, Victor (Michelle) Phillips and Sandy Hoang; and the mother of his children, Linda Phillips. He is also survived by many other family and friends.
Harold was strong in his Christian faith and did some volunteer work. He was a 1961 West Carrollton graduate. Harold had an outstanding work ethic. After graduation, he went on to work in the production department with the 7up Bottling Company and later went on to work at Standard Register in the Carbon Department for three years. GM sent him to school for four years and he served as an apprentice until he became a journeyman, and then years later became a group leader. In addition, he went back to school for his license to do residential plumbing for the City of Dayton. Harold enjoyed studying the Bible, reading, yard work, caring for his pool, and camping. The most important thing to him was spending time with his family. Harold was well loved and will be deeply missed by all those who knew him.

Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, November 3, 2021 at Newcomer Funeral Home-Kettering Chapel. If desired, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
