Age 77, of Huber Heights, beloved husband, father and grandfather, passed away suddenly Thursday, January 1, 2009, at his home.
Curt is survived by his loving wife of the past 48 years, Olivia M. "Dottie" Adams; three children, Tim Ratliff, Cathy Oehlerts and Candace & her husband, Ron LoPresti; seven grandchildren, Daniel (Crystal), Jennifer, Lee Michael, Jeffrey, Natasha, Jessica & Eden Elizabeth; seven great grandchildren, Austin Michael, Austin Daniel, McKenzie, Savanna, Leah Lynn, Payton & Aden; and by two sisters, Marilyn Kilburn & Sharon Burgemeier.
During the Korean Conflict Curt served in the U. S. Navy and retired with 38 years of service with General Motors.
His steadfastness and loyalty to his loved ones will forever be missed.
The family will be receiving friends from 12:00 – 3:00 p.m., Sunday, January 4, at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 4104 Needmore Rd, Dayton. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m., Monday. Interment will follow at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens.
