Harley E. Storer

STORER, Harley E., age 87, of Fairborn, passed away Saturday March 5, 2011. He was born February 27, 1924 in Columbus, Montana. Harley was a member of the VFW Post in Enon.

Harley retired from the Civil Service after 25 years and was a veteran of the United States Army during World War II.

He is survived by his children, Deborah (Philip) Abele, Grant (Beth) Storer, Jeanette Wolfenbarger; grandchildren, Adam, Michael, Marie, Ann, Jenna, and Alison; 10 great-grandchildren; one sister, Clarice Gable; Numerous other relatives and friends. Harley was preceded in death by his wife of 60 years, Wanda J. Storer; parents, Charles E. and Alice A. (Young) Storer; four brothers and two sisters.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to the staff at Fox Run Assisted Living and Odyssey Hospice for their exceptional care. If desired, donations may be made to Odyssey Hospice.
