Harkless C O'Bryant Sr.

O'BRYANT, Harkless C., Sr., 87, of Troy went to be with the Lord Wednesday, November 26, 2008. He was preceded in death by his parents Ulysses and Emily Agnus Bryant; beloved aunt Ellen Castle; son James Michael O'Bryant; brothers Ray Bryant, Verlin Bryant, Ulysses Bryant, Jr, Larry Bryant, Roy Bryant, and James Harvey Bryant; sisters Lucille Bryant Blevins, Dorothy Mae Castle, and Lexie Bryant Bush. Hark is survived by his wife of 63 years 1 month and 21 days, Flossie Ellen Adams O'Bryant; children Harkless C. O'Bryant, Jr. and Sharron Short; 4 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; brothers Curtis Bryant and Earl Byrant; sisters Dot Bryant Adams and Bertha Bryant Davis; a host of brothers and sisters in law, nieces, nephews and other family and friends. He was a member of East Side Free Will Baptist Church in Thelma, KY. Hark was a veteran of the U.S. Army Air Corp. with service in WWII and a retiree of GH&R Foundry. Funeral services will be held 12:30PM Saturday, November 29, 2008 at Blessed Hope Baptist Church, 3151 Annabelle Dr, Kettering. Rev. Harry Neal Frisby and Rev. Paul Wayne Browning will be officiating. Family will receive friends from 11:00 12:30PM Saturday prior to services at the church.
