Guy P. West

Guy P. West, age 83, of Medway, passed away Wednesday, January 31, 2018. He was born September 3, 1934 in Dayton, Ohio the son of the late Guy E. and Judetta (Madden) West. Guy was preceded in death by his loving wife, Patricia, in 2014 and his sister, Nancy Breitenstein. He is survived by eight daughters, Tonya Banther, Anita (Gary) Christmas, Karen (Karen Anderson) Rhoads, Therese (Randy) Combs, Lisa (Kevin BoCook) BoCook, Patricia (Louie Lovato) Adamson, Jean (Scott Miller) West and Noreen (Ron) Stahl; one son, Guy (Pam) West II; sister Sharon Herbert; bother William West; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; and many other dear friends.

He was a member of the Catholic Order of Foresters and The Sacred Heart Catholic Church in New Carlisle, Ohio. Guy was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and friend. He will be missed dearly by all who knew him.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 7, 2018 from 9:00 am-10:30 am at the Calvary Cemetery Chapel in Dayton, Ohio. A funeral service will follow at 10:30 am with full military honors.
