Gregory William Jollay

Gregory William Jollay, 78, of Centerville, Ohio passed away on March 6, 2025. Greg was born on March 1, 1947 in Kettering, Ohio, to Frank and Margaret Jollay. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Gordon.

He is survived by his wife, Julie; his children, Tricia, Bryan, Amy, Jeff, Laura, Erin and their spouses; and his sister, Patricia. He was also a cherished grandfather to 14 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

Greg served in the United States Air Force, graduated from Wright State University, and spent 33 years working as a contractor for the Department of Defense.

Greg’s love for baseball continued through his senior years and he won many tournaments with his Dallas teammates. If he wasn’t on the softball field, you could find him supporting The Ohio State Buckeyes, relaxing on his front porch swing, or working out.

Greg’s family would like to thank all the doctors, physical therapists, nurses, and hospice caregivers who were with him these past few years. A special thanks to his “Fairmont buddies” for all the love and support they so often showed him.
