Gregg M. Scott

Gregg M Scott, age 71, from Huber Heights, Ohio, died on Tuesday July 14, in Dayton, Ohio, after an illness with cancer. Gregg was born in Dayton, OH on May 31, 1944 to Raymond and Cathryn Scott. Gregg graduated from Colonel White High School in 1963. He retired from General Motors. Gregg is survived by 5 brothers and their wives John and Barb; Stuart; Michael; Patrick and Sharol; Richard and Lanalee, and many nephews and nieces. He had 3 brothers precede him in death, Thomas, Phillip and Dennis.

After 19 years of marriage his wife, Mary Anders Scott, preceded him in death. After Mary's death Gregg continued living with his step-children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Children: Johnny Anders, Cyril (Terri) Anders, Patricia (Roger Sr) Evans, Alvin (Kim) Anders & Ronald Anders, Mary (Gary) Garrison, Cindy (Robert) Lowe, Roger (Maria) Anders. Grandchildren: Brea Evans, Maria Evans, Roger Jr (Shelley) Evans, John Evans, Elizabeth Anders, John Anders, Sarah Anders Alvin Anders Jr. Great grandchildren: Keaton Evans, Anthony Evans, Sadra St. Clair, Breaden, Logen, Avery and Kayia White. He was a loving Dad and Grandpa to Mary's family. Gregg loved to watch, listen, and read about all kinds of sports.

A memorial service will be held Friday, September 11, 2015 at Aldersgate UMC from 10am - noon.
