Grace Evans

EVANS, Grace I. "The Doll Lady", 85, of Centerville passed away Wednesday August 15, 2007. She was born and raised in Dayton where she dedicated her life to her family. She is preceded in death by her parents, 5 sisters, 1 brother and husband, Earl W. Evans Sr. Grace is survived by her 3 children Mick (Phyllis) Evans, Tim (Lynne) Evans, and Nadene Franklin; 8 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild. She and her husband owned and operated Evans' Ceramics for over 30 years. Grace was a member of Patterson Park Church and several doll clubs including, Southern Ohio Doll Club and Doll Makers Guild of Ohio. Funeral services will be held 10:00AM Monday, August 20, 2007 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3940 Kettering Blvd. Family will receive friends from 1:00-3:00PM Sunday, August 19, 2007 at the funeral home.
