Age 61, of Riverside, passed away Monday, November 30, 2009.
Marie was preceded in death by her parents, Owen & Earlean Brown.
She is survived by two children, Eva M. Lewis and Lee (Tammy) Lewis, Jr.; five grandchildren, Neil, Elayna, Matthew, Jordan & Zachery; one great granddaughter, Sophia; two brothers, Danny (Beverly) Brown & Owen Dennis (Kimberly) Brown ; one sister, Vesta Jewell (Larry) Hanvey; one half-sister Sheila North, and by her extended family & many good friends.
Marie was a member of the Vandalia Christian Tabernacle. She was an LPN having worked in various medical facilities. She loved her family, had a strong faith and will be missed by all who knew her.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, at the Vandalia Christian Tabernacle, 836 S. Brown School Road, Vandalia. Pastor Todd Hoskins will officiate. Family will be receiving friends at the church starting at 10:00 a.m.
