HOWARD, Goal "GH" age 80, of Dayton, passed away October 25, 2012. He was born May 28, 1932 in Royalton, KY to the late, Burnett and Bettie Howard. He is also preceded in death his brother, Doc Howard Stevens.
He is survived by children, Sharon (David) Hall, Debra (Danny) Cassidy, Connie (Dennis) Oroszi, Perry (Cathy) Howard, and Kathy Pennington; grandchildren, Amy (Chris) Winkelman, Ashley (Stephen) Pennington, Justin Kyne, Mark (Alison) Howard, Stacie (Chad) Souza, Maria Pennington, and Daniel Cassidy; great-grandchildren, Alexandria Winkelman, Emma, Brody, and Kendall Howard, and Lillian Pennington; sister, Joyce (Joseph) Porch; and numerous other dear family members and friends.
GH served in the United States Navy and was an officer for the AmVets Post #24 in Dayton. He also retired from General Motors after 30 years of service.
The family would like to thank The Hospice of Dayton for their care.
