Age 74, of Dayton passed away Sunday March, 19, 2006 at Miami Valley Hospital.
Gloria was born April 15, 1931 in Hamilton, Ohio to Claude J. & Margaret (Bedunnah) Rice.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, Dale Hoover, who died in 1987; and by her father and two sons, Douglas Dale Hoover and David Brian Hoover.
Gloria is survived by her mother; two daughters, Dale Ann Hott of Dayton and Claudia (Wayne) Demel of Spring TX; one sister, Sandra (Larry) Barnett of Lexington, KY; one brother, Wayne Rice of Dayton; five grandchildren, Michael (Kristina) Hott, Benjamin Demel, Nicholas Demel, Mathew Demel and Sam Demel; and by one great grandson, Andrew Michael Hott.
The family will be receiving friends from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m., Thursday at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3940 Kettering Blvd. Interment will be at Bearcreek Cemetery.
