Gloria Burke

Gloria Mae Burke, age 87 of Dayton, passed away April 19, 2016. She was born August 6, 1928 in Trotwood, Ohio to the late Omar and Margaret Caverlee. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert H. Burke; son, Randy Burke; 5 brothers; and 2 sisters.

Gloria is survived by her children: Barbara (Joe) Kleiner, Michael Burke and Brenda (Mike) Suttles; 11 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-granddaughter; sisters: Nancy (Bill) Couch and Wanda (Curt) Bergermeir; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm on Monday, April 25, 2016 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Rd., where the family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service, from 12-1 pm. Burial to follow at Miami Valley Memorial Gardens. Contributions may be made in Gloria's memory to The Hospice of Dayton.
