Gloria Ann Garvin, 61, born on December 4, 1953 in Dayton, Ohio and passed January, 11, 2015.
Gloria was preceded in death by her parents, Helen and Ozzie Garvin and brother, Raymond Rogan.
She is survived by her son, Shawn Atwood; daughter-n-law, Jacqueline and grandson, Julian Atwood; sisters and brother, Carolyn Cunningham (Edward Anderson), Deborah Garvin, David Garvin and Belinda Cothran (Ronald Cothran); a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, many friends at Georgetown and to include her lifelong friend, Amos Atwood (deceased).
She was a loving mother, sister and friend. We will hold her in our hearts for as long as we live.
A memorial gathering will be held from 2:00 pm until the time of the memorial service at 3:00 pm Sunday, January 18, 2015 at Newcomer Funeral Home North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton, OH 45424.
