Glida Criswell

Glida P. Criswell went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on Tuesday July, 28, 2015. She was born 9-17-1927 in Rowan Co. Ky. She leaves behind her children, Angela Johnson, Ron Turner, and Pat and Chuck Brzezinski, all of West Carrollton. She has 8 grandchildren, 11 Great Grandchildren and 2 Great Great Grandchildren, two sisters, Doris Pelfrey of W. Carrollton and her husband James, Edith Pence of Wisconsin and Sister-in-laws, Phyllis Adkins and Kay Adkins. She also has many nieces and nephews, and friends whom she loved very much. Since Dec. 2014, she has witnessed to anyone who came to see her. God allowed her to have a glimpse of heaven and her loved ones there. She has longed to join them - now she is finally home.

Funeral service will be held Wednesday, August 5, 2015 at 11:00 am at Newcomer Funeral Home (3940 Kettering Blvd, Kettering, Ohio 45439). Visitation will be Tuesday evening from 5-8 pm, at the funeral home. Burial will be in Miami Valley Memory Gardens. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Dayton.
