Glenna M. Bauman, age 57 of Huber Heights, Ohio went to be with the Lord on June 10, 2020. She was born November 16, 1962 in Dayton, Ohio the daughter of John McKnight and Clarice Garrett.
Glenna was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. Glenna was the most beautiful first love, loving soul mate, sunshine, ladybug, soldier. She was an intelligent, witty, funny, caring, and loving human being. She was always putting others first. Glenna was a truly special woman that could never be replaced. Glenna loved gardening and was very proud of her garden with Daisies and Gladiolas.
"Charles you have grown so well and I am so proud of you. I know you are so strong and can handle all of these new life changes, and I carry your heart in my heart forever". Love Mommy.
Glenna was preceded in death by her sons, Charles Wayne Knauls II and Cory Michael Best; father, John McKnight; grandparents, Michael and Glenna Pandzik, Cora McCorkle and Charles Scott.
Glenna is survived by her beloved husband, Tony Best; children, Kristan, Karl, Kelly, Kyle, Charles, and Angel; many beloved grandchildren; siblings, Rita (Darrell) Barker and Mary (Greg) Buchholz; fur baby, Jack-Jack; numerous nieces, nephews; as well as several other family members and friends.
A visitation will be held on Sunday, June 21, 2020 from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home (3380 Dayton-Xenia Road, Beavercreek, Ohio 45432). Memorial Service will follow at 3:00 pm at the Funeral Home.
