Glenn P. Mason, age 62 of Dayton, passed away Thursday, July 1, 2021 at Ohio State University Medical Center. He was born February 5, 1959 in Corbin, Kentucky, the son of Arthur and Allie Mason.
Glenn was a faithful member of A House of Prayer in Xenia. He was an avid bowler and fisherman. He enjoyed spending time with his family and traveling with them. He will be remembered for keeping busy, whether being at work, being outdoors, tinkering around the house or even mowing his grass. He took pride in all that he did. Glenn was a loving husband, father and Pappy who will be dearly missed.
He is preceded in death by his parents; son, Adam Mason; sisters, Carol Clarke & Kay Nantz and brothers, Roy Mason & Ricky Mason.
Glenn is survived by his wife of 41 years, Talema; children, Nicholas Mason, Tiffany (Jake) Jones & James Mason; grandchildren, Allie, Alex, Macyn, Cora, Maddax, Zander & one on the way he was anxiously awaiting to add to his posse; siblings, Nina (Ron) Denton, Jim (Sandy) Mason, Faye (Terry) McCain & Beverly (Rick) Stephan and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Thursday July 8, 2021 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at A House of Prayer (282 Stelton Rd, Xenia, OH 45385). A funeral service will be held on Friday July 9, 2021 at 11 am at church. Glenn will be laid to rest at Woodland Cemetery in Dayton after the service.
