Glenn Paul Jeffers
July 11, 1930 — January 27, 2022
Glenn Paul Jeffers, age 91, of Donnelsville, Ohio, passed away at home surrounded by loving family. He was born on July 11, 1930 to Katie L. and Rufus H. Jeffers.
He proudly served in the US Navy on the USS Midway during the Korean War. He enjoyed singing, being a member of the glee club, horse racing, socializing and watching westerns. He graduated from the University of Dayton with a degree in Electrical Technology. A very successful businessman, he worked various engineering technology and sales jobs in the Dayton and Columbus areas.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife and soul mate, Sue; his siblings: Gene (Mary), Wanda (Ray) Mason, Geraldine (Clark) Pennington, and Herman.
His memory will be cherished by his ex-wife, Mildred and their children: Carol (Josh Gold) Jeffers and Lisa (Larry) Snyder; stepchildren: Barbara Howard and John G. Forman; grandchildren: Melanie, Amy Snyder, and Alexandra (Ben) Holsapple; great-grandchildren: Mackenzie and Brian; sister-in-law: Kathleen Jeffers; and many cherished nieces and nephews.
He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
A visitation will be held from 12:00pm to 1:00pm on Tuesday, February 8, 2022 at Newcomer North Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Road, Dayton, where the funeral service will begin at 1:00pm. A graveside service will be held at 10:00am on Tuesday, February 15, 2022 at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens, 8200 West National Road, New Carlisle.
