Glenda F. Sparrow, age 57 of Springfield, OH, passed away Sunday, August 12, 2018 at home. She was born May 7, 1961 in Xenia, Ohio to Robert and Martha (Rasnic) Sparrow.
Glenda loved to read, especially romance novels. She loved her nieces and nephews and enjoyed spending time with them. Glenda loved her family dearly, was a good hearted person, and will be dearly missed by all.
Glenda is survived by her two brothers, Wayne (Jimi) Sparrow and Glen O. Sparrow; three nephews Wayne, Clint (Shawnae) and Shane Sparrow; three nieces, Ciara, Morgan and Kaya Sparrow; a great nephew, Clint O. Sparrow II; four aunts, Norma Jean Hillard, Bessie Ebright, Bim (Art) Dunlap and Brenda (Bill) Randolph; close friends, Denise Henry, Patty Clay and Mrs. Clay; and other family and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents.
A visitation will be held on Friday, August 17, 2018 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Beavercreek Chapel, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, Ohio 45432. Funeral Services will follow the visitation at 1:00 pm at the funeral home. Burial will follow at a later date at the convenience of the family.
