Glenda Loraine Motter

Glenda Loraine Motter, age 72, of Xenia, formerly of Destin, Florida, passed away unexpectedly on June 25, 2022. She was born in Dennison, Ohio, on September 13, 1949, the daughter of the late Kermit Hurst and Norma (Adams) Cunningham.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and her sister, Linda Hurst.
Glenda is survived by her beloved husband of 33 years, Marion Motter; children, Brian (Tera) Layton, Teresa "Tessy" (Anthony Franco) Layton, Robin (Sue) Motter, April (Bob) Clodfelter, Julie (Tim) Wardle and Rhonda (Rob) Hauke; 18 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren; and her siblings, Marilyn Foss and Steven (Debbie) Hurst.
Glenda had worked for many years as a Secretary in the Medical Field. She was a member of the Red Hat Society for many years, volunteered with the Meals on Wheels Program and the Xenia Adult Recreation and Services. In her free time, she enjoyed reading and spending time with her family. Glenda had a beautiful smile, great personality and was loved by everyone. She will be greatly missed.
Services will be held privately with the family.
