Age 56, of West Chester, passed away Friday, May 28, 2010.
She was preceded in death by her father, Shelby R. Beach in 2002.
Glenda is survived by her mother, Freeda Beach; one brother, Johnny & his wife, Katherine Beach; two sisters, Deborah Beach (& Ted McCreary) and Teresa & her husband, Galen Levesque; three nephews, Johnny Jr., Mark & Mikel; and by her extended family & many good friends.
Glenda was a member of the first graduating class of Wright-State University School of Nursing. She went on to work at Good Samaritan and the Dayton VA Hospital.
The family will be receiving friends from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 2, at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 4104 Needmore Road, Dayton. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday with Pastor Jerry Pascarella officiating. Interment will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery in Cincinnati.
The family would like to extend a special "thank you" to the staff of Hospice of Middletown and to Gene, Johnny & Lynn Carpenter for the loving care that they provided to Glenda.
Contributions may be made in memory of Glenda to Hospice of Middletown.
