Age 86, passed away Sunday, May 21, 2006. She was born in Hamilton, Ohio to Clara Moore O'Brien, who precedes her in death. Gladys is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Marilyn & Robert Eberly of Dayton; son and daughter-in-law, Ronald & Vickie Schermbeck of Columbia, SC; brother and sister-in-law, George & Dorothy Moore of Dayton; sisters, Arlene Barnhart of Dayton and Charlotte Sturm of Columbia, SC; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Earl & Dorothy Steinke of Dayton; six grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren, and special friend, Edie Ross of Columbia, SC. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, May 25, at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 4104 Needmore Road, Dayton. Interment will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.
