Gladys Jones

Jones, Gladys, age 83, of Riverside, passed away on Thursday, April 2, 2009 at Miami Valley Medical Center. She was born December 1, 1925 in Middletown, OH. She was a member of the TOPS Club. She attended East Park Church of God. She is preceded in death by her husband, Jesse L. Jones; and her son, Terry R. Jones. Survivors include her children, Patty Barnett, Diane Holcomb, Linda Hoover, Steven Jones, and Jesse Jones, Jr., 10 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; sisters, Flora Richardson, Eileen Tibbs, Betty Taulbee; and numerous other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, April 7, 2009 at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 4104 Needmore Rd, Dayton. Ohio. Interment will follow at Willow View Cemetery, Dayton. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday from 6-8 PM.
