Gillian Leach

LEACH, Gillian, age 100, resident of Heartland of Centerville, went home to be with the Lord, Monday, March 2, 2009. She is preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Luther Leach. She is survived by her children, Mary Lou Jenkins of CA, Jenny (Roger) Wray of Centerville, and Emily (Phil) Hodson of Las Vegas; sister (age 103), Bettie Royer of MI; 7 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; and 3 great great grandchildren. Gillian was an active member of Central Bible Methodist Church in Dayton for 45+ years. She was a loving and devoted mother and grandmother, whom will be dearly missed by her family. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, March 9, 2009 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering. Family will receive friends from 3:00 – 5:00 p.m. Sunday, March 8, 2009 at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
