Barton, Gilda E., age 80, of Riverside, passed away Friday, October 18, 2013.
She was born February 18, 1933 in Essen, Germany to the late Erich and Berta Gillert.
Gilda is survived by her husband of 61 years, Walter E. "Walt" Barton; 4 children, Ingeborg (Ulli) Gunterman, Eric (Anna) Barton, Troy (Lisa) Barton, Jessica (Billy) Sexton; 9 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.
Gilda was a beloved wife, and a very loving and protective mother.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 3797 Summit Glen Dr., G100, Dayton,OH 45449, in Gilda's memory.
