Gilbert Louis Brown

BROWN, Gilbert L. "Gil" age 94 of Fairborn, passed away Monday, August 22, 2005. He was preceded in death by his parents Franklin and Bessie Brown, his sister Florence Hoagland, his aunt Nellie and husband John Bernauer. He is survived by Laura, his loving wife of 36 years, his son Gil Brown Jr., his daughter Bonnie; grandsons Bradley and Patrick Brown; and a host of other relatives and friends. Gil owned and operated the former Brown's Travel Trailer Agency. He was past president of the Miami Valley Recreational Vehicle Dealers Association and the founder of the Miami Valley National Campers and Hikers Association. Funeral services will be 1:00 pm Friday, August 26, 2005 at Newcomer Funeral Home 4104 Needmore Road. Family will receive friends from 5-8 pm Thursday at the funeral home.
