Watson, Gertrude M., age 95, of Dayton, passed away on Friday, February 15, 2008. Gertrude was the oldest of 9 children born to the late Harry Daniel & Bertha Mary (Doerge) Panchot.

Gertrude was preceded in death by her husband: Venord C. Watson; son: Raymond E. Carnill; son-in-law: Anthony J. DiNofa; sister: Dorothy Dean; and brothers: Norvell Panchot, Tom Panchot, Jack Panchot and Melvin Panchot; and grandson: Daniel.

Gertrude is survived by her daughter: Mary E. DiNofa of Washington Twp.; grandson: Michael A. (Debra) DiNofa of Beavercreek; great grandchildren: Alexandrea DiNofa, Josh Lannom, Cole DiNofa, Logan DiNofa, Sophia DiNofa; nephew: Melvin "Sonny" Panchot and family of Medway; son: John A. Carnill of MI; grandsons: Gene, Steve, Raymond, David of MI; granddaughters: Christine, Sharon, Holly, Colleen of MI; 7 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandson; 2 great great granddaughters; sister: Annorah Morse; brothers: Homer Panchot, Bud Panchot; and numerous other family members and friends.

Memorial services will be held at 2:30 P.M. on Sunday, February 24, 2008 at Newcomer Funeral Home (South Chapel) 3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering with Rev. Robert Bishop officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday from 1:30 P.M. until time of service.
