Gerrick Tanner Copeland, a son and a daddy, a brother and a nephew, a grandson and an uncle, a cousin and a friend.
On Sunday, March 10, 2019, Gerrick Tanner Copeland went to be with the Lord. He was in a terrible car accident that took his life. At the young age of 25, Gerrick has made an impact in all of our lives. His adorable smile and funny sense of humor filled our hearts.
Gerrick has two beautiful daughters, Paisley and Amelia. Paisley will miss her daddy, and little Amelia, a newborn, will miss the opportunity to get to know her daddy. He loved them both so dearly, may they both always know that.
Gerrick was his mother's baby boy, her youngest. He held a very special place in her heart. Gerrick held a very special place in all of our hearts and forever will.
Gerrick proudly served our country through his enlistment in the Army National Guard.
He is survived by his mother and step father, Trish (Michael) Hollen; Brother and sister in law, Nicholas (Heather) Howell; niece and nephew Cloey and Elijah Howell; sister, Jezebelle Howell; niece and nephew, Vera Yates and Ford Yates; grandfather and grandmother, Freeman Copeland (deceased) and Ruth Copeland; aunt and uncle, Debbie (Larry) Owens; Aunt, Lisa Rich, aunt and uncle, Barbara (James) Melton; aunt, Carolyn Kohler (deceased); uncle Danny Copeland;(deceased); and many cousins.
