Geraldine "Gerry"M. Stephenson

Geraldine "Gerry" M. Stephenson, age 91 of Kettering, Ohio formally of Beavercreek, Ohio passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on February 9, 2022. She was born February 11, 1930 in Bellfontaine, Ohio daughter of the late Charles and Olive Wilson.

Gerry was a devoted wife, loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. Gerry was a dedicated Pastors wife /church member of Keystone Church formally County Line Baptist Church for over 55 years. Gerry was an avid sports fan, supporting her teams the Ohio State Buckeyes and Dallas Cowboys. She enjoyed reading, puzzles, and playing Board Games with her family. Gerry is going to be greatly missed by all who knew her.

In addition to her parents, Gerry was preceded in death by her husband of 70 years, Carl Stephenson; daughter and son-in-law, Victoria and Larry Allen; sisters, Dorothy (Nelson) Gould, Mary Snedeker, and Jacqueline Wilson.

Gerry is survived by her children, Rick (Cathy) Stephenson, John (Melissa) Stephenson, Susan (Ben) Townsend, Kevin (Cindy) Stephenson, Michael (Diana) Stephenson, and Kristin (Tony) Bower; grandchildren, Shannon (Jon) Buring, Ashley Stephenson, Sabrina Stephenson, Adam (Tarah) Feurt, Danielle Feurt, Amy Stephenson, David (Courtney) Stephenson, Ariel Stephenson, Tyler Stephenson, Matthew (Keandra) Bower, Nicholas (Madison) Bower, and Emily Bower; 15 great grandchildren; brother-in-law, Darold Snedeker; as well as numerous other family members and friends.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, February 15, 2022 from 10-11am at Newcomer Funeral Home (3380 Dayton-Xenia Road, Beavercreek, Ohio 45432). A Funeral Service will begin at 11am with Pastor Rowe officiating. Burial to follow at Mt. Zion Park.
