Gerald Michael Wittman

Gerald Michael "Jerry" Wittman, age 77 of Moraine passed away on Thursday, July 30, 2020. He was born July 20, 1943 in Dayton, Ohio to the late Henry and Florence Wittman.

He is preceded in death by two sisters, Mary Lou Booher and Judith Garrett and three brothers, William, Jack and Thomas Wittman.

Jerry is survived by his beloved wife of 54 years, Sarah Wittman; three children, Steven (Melissa) Wittman, Tonya (Robert) Bailey and Kevin (Candice) Wittman; seven granddaughters, Dymond Lemons, Dessi Hauser, Kaylie and Megan Wittman, Ashlyn, Colleen, and Keira Bailey; six great-grandchildren, Colton, Scarlet, Kinsley, Cole, Kate, and Julie; sister, Janice (David) Tumbusch; sister in-law, Marjorie Wittman; special in-law's, Thelma and Larry Boomershine, He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family, and friends.

Jerry was a proud Army Veteran. He was known for his many projects as the family handyman. Jerry enjoyed motorsports, working on old cars, watching the Cincinnati Reds, and spending time with family and his beloved sheltie, Jo Jo.

Funeral Services will be officiated by Father Angelo at 11:00 am on Wednesday, August 12, 2020 located at 3940 Kettering Boulevard Kettering, Ohio 45439. Visitation will take place from 10:00 am to 11:00 am. For your safety and the protection of others during the COVID-19 pandemic, social distancing and masks are required.
