Gerald &Quot;Jerry&Quot; Cameron

CAMERON, Gerald S. "Jerry", age 78, of Beavercreek, passed away Friday, March 30, 2007 after his courageous battle with cancer. He was a veteran of the United States Army and Navy. Jerry retired from System Research Labratories. He is survived by two daughters, Melody Brown and Kathy (Bill) Whitehead both of Beavercreek; one son, Gerald C. "Jerry" Cameron of Dayton; one brother, Ronald (Carolyn) Cameron of Tennessee; four grandchildren, Chad (Deena), Ashley (Steve) , Tracy (Brandon), and Brooke (Jondy); four great-grandchildren including his special buddy, Hayden. He was preceded in death by his wife of 58 years, Kathleen Cameron. Visitation will be held Tuesday, April 3, 2007 from 6-8 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home Beavercreek Chapel where funeral services will be held Wednesday, April 4, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. with Pastor Peter Courlas officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Zion Shoup Cemetery.
