Gerald (Jerry) Thomas Boltz age 59, of Circleville passed away Wednesday, April 7, 2004 at his residence. He was a member of Cross Point United Methodist Church of Trotwood. Jerry was a valued employee of the Pepsi Cola Company of Dayton for over thirty three years, a veteran of the US. Air Force and US. Navy. Severed on the Board of Indian Princes and Trail Mates with the YMCA of Dayton. Preceded in death by his parents Walter & Mildred (Rowls) Boltz. Survived by loving his wife Carolyn J. (Teague) Boltz of Circleville, daughters Tammy (Kevin) Kavanaugh of Brunswick, GA, Nancy (Bob) Archer of Circleville; grandchildren Cormac, Colleen, Caleb, Thomas, Chloe and Jonathan; sisters Pat (Jack) McTigue, Jean (Larry) Owens and Paulette Ickes all of Pennsylvania; mother in-law Lucy Teague; sister in-law Marcia (Rick) Goubeaux of Dayton; and many nieces, nephews and other family members. Visitation will be Saturday, 2-4 PM at NEWCOMER-FARLEY FUNERAL HOME 4104 Needmore Road. Dayton. A Christian Funeral service will be at 4 PM following visitation.
