WALTY, George Albert, age 69, of Beavercreek, passed away Mon., Dec. 13, 2004 at his residence. Born June 24, 1935 in Middletown. Preceded in death by his parents Rose & George Walty and beloved uncle Nick Cornella. Survived by his wife of 48 years, Helen L.; 4 daughters Lisa & Joe Parise of Columbus, Laura & Tim Harbert of Indianapolis, Pam & Jim Poynter of Middletown and Jamie & Frank of Poland, OH; 1 son Sean & Dennise Walty of Smithton, IL; 9 grandchildren Brandy Taylor, Justin, Kyle and Lindsay Harbert, Meranda and Brenna Frank, Jaden Parise, Trenton Walty and last but not least Gianni George Parise and many cousins including his favorite one Kathy "Kat" Hahn who always made him laugh. George was very proud to be a member of Local 79, Heat & Frost Insulators. He loved his trade and worked at it for 36 years. He always said he would love to work just one more day. George was also a veteran of the U.S. Navy during the Korean Conflict. Funeral services 10:30 A.M., Thurs., Dec. 16, 2004 at Newcomer-Farley Funeral Home, 3940 Kettering Blvd. Rev. Fr. Terrance Schneider officiating. Visitation will be Thursday for 1 hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Private inurnment Valley View Memorial Gardens. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton in Georges memory. Many heartfelt thanks to Hospice of Dayton.
