George Walter Oldham

OLDHAM, George Walter "Pete", age 69, of Riverside, passed away on Wednesday, August 4, 2021, after a lengthy illness with cancer.
George was preceded in death by his father, George William Oldham; mother, Doris Dishman; daughter, Lisa Oldham-Hasty; sisters, Linda Oldham, Delores Rowe and Stella Hollon; and brother, Leonard Oldham.
George is survived by his daughters, Angela Oldham of Mason and Tammy Oldham-Page of Dayton; former spouse, Barbara Oldham of Dayton; sisters, Georgia Honaker of Dayton and Ruby Butler of Biloxi, Mississippi; brothers, Thomas Oldham and David Oldham, both of Dayton; grandchildren, Christin Oldham, Brittany Hasty, Holly Hasty, Mackenzie Page and Donald Page III & great grandson, James Edgington, all of Dayton; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
George "Pete" served in the US Army and was a proud Vietnam War Veteran. George was a lifetime member of his local VFW 9936, where he also served as an Officer. Pete will be missed by many.
Graveside services will take place on Wednesday, August 11, 2021, at 10:00 am, at the Dayton National Cemetery, 4400 West Third Street, Dayton, Ohio, (Shelter A).
