George Doug Miller
April 30, 1953 — March 8, 2017
George Douglas Miller (Doug), AKA "Rugs", age 63 of Riverside, OH passed away in his home on March 8, 2017.
He is survived by his wife, Debra S. Miller; his mother, Jeannie Miller of Springfield, OH; two sons, James (Melissa) Miller and Jason Miller; step-daughter, Roberta (Robert) Bohanon; four sisters, Angie (David) Fairbanks, Karen Mathews, Jamie (Chuck) Piper and Sandy (Sean) Beedy; seven grandchildren, Storm Klein, Kaitlin Baker, Evan Lees, Payton and Brody Miller, Destiny and Harmony Bohanon; one great grandchild, Ava Klein; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Doug was preceded in death by his father, James L. Miller; maternal grandparents, Belva and George Williams; paternal grandparents, Viola and James Emmerson Miller.
He was a member of Masonic H.S. Kissell Lodge No. 674. Doug was also part of Ormus Grotto of Beavercreek. He enjoyed going to flea markets, auctions and antiques.
Family will receive friends from 6-8 PM on Tuesday, March 14, 2017 at Newcomer Funeral Home, North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Rd.
In lieu of flowers, please make memorial donations may be made to The Hospice of Dayton, in Doug's memory.
