George Boyer Iii

George Boyer III, age 75, passed away August 14, 2016 in Huber Heights, Ohio. He was born to George and Alice Boyer on October 4, 1940 in Dayton, Ohio. George was an employee of Rike's, Karolton Envelope and Park Layne/Town Properties. He was a very proud member of the Kettering Citizen Police Academy. George is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Linda Sue; 3 children Donna (Donald) Hall, Christopher (Christina) Boyer, Dale (Julie) Boyer; 12 grandchildren Justin, Rachael, Garrett, Alexis, Grant, Nicholas, Stephanie, Katherine, Kirsten, Emily, Samantha, Jacquelyn; 5 great grandchildren Scarlett, Grace, Rowan, Roark, Ava; siblings Roger Boyer and Julia Delbert. He was preceded in death by his parents; daughters Pamala Boyer and Lynda Sagraves. A visitation will be held at Newcomer Funeral Home, North Chapel, on Thursday, August 18, 2016 from 6pm-8pm with a funeral service to follow on Friday, August 19, 2016 at the funeral home at 10:30am. A special thank you to his sister-in-law Janie Gengler and family for their special gift to George and Linda. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hospice of Dayton in loving memory of George Boyer III.
