George Ross Allen
August 25, 1956 — December 6, 2016
George Ross Allen died peacefully at home with his family close by. In life, he was always so happy, filled with mischief; with never a judgmental comment of anyone. We are sure he is in heaven entertaining as we speak.
He leaves behind a loving wife, Susan; son, Dustin; daughter, Jessica; grandchildren, Janessa and Tidus; brother, Mike, who helped take care of him till the end and two sisters, Janet Applegate and Jill (Dennis) Wieland; stepbrothers, Ric Lee and Tim Lee and stepsisters, Shawnel (Terry) Toomey, Sonya (Tim) Martin and Wendy (Rich) Shakespear. Uncle Georgie also leaves behind several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews who he loved with his whole heart. He was preceded in death by his stepfather, Jack Lee; father, Howard Allen and mother, Dorothy Lee.
Family will receive friends Saturday, December 10, 2016 from 5:30 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 7 p.m. at Newcomer Beavercreek Chapel, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, OH.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in George's memory to the Green County Council on Aging, 1195 W. 2nd St., Xenia, OH 45385.
