Gentry "Jack" Sizemore, age 81 of Dayton, Ohio passed away on December 5, 2018.
Survived by his wife Edna Sizemore.
A casual graveside service will be held for friends and family at Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery, 8135 N. Dixie Dr., Dayton, Ohio at 2 p.m. on Monday, December 10, 2018.
Gentry served his country in the United States Air Force and retired 29 years with Montgomery County Sanitary Department.
Memorial contributions in his memory may be made to Hospice of Dayton.
