Genevieve Marion Offner

Genevieve Marion Offner "Jenny", age 98 of Dayton, passed away on Saturday, April 1, 2023 at Hospice of Dayton. She was born on December 21, 1924 in Wheeling, West Virginia to the late Charles and Rose Joseph. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Francis Offner; two sisters, Delores and Virginia Joseph; and brother, Richard Joseph.
Genevieve is survived by her daughter, Suzanne Offner; son, Philip Offner; and grandson, Demarius Offner. She is also survived by numerous family and friends.
She was devoted to her faith and a long-time member of St. Henry's Parrish. Genevieve worked for Wright Patterson during World War II. She later worked for the Red Cross in Osaka, Japan and Salzburg, Austria. The most important thing to Genevieve was her family. She is well loved and will be deeply missed.
