Geanie Kaye Smith, age 61, of Troy, OH, formerly of Memphis, IN, passed away December 15, 2022. She was born March 26, 1961 in Hopkinsville, KY. Kaye was preceded in death by her father, Norvin R. Smith.
Kaye is survived by her mother, Dorothy "Dottie" Smith; brother, Louis B. Smith (Penny) of Elkton, KY; sisters: Karen Mabe (Kevin) of Piqua, OH and Amy Stuart (Dan) of Ashburn, VA; many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews; other relatives and friends.
Kaye loved watching the Golden Girls, drinking frozen cokes and eating french fries. She loved babies, playing the piano, going to her Sunday school class, The Joy Class at First Baptist Church, in Clarksville, IN and highlighting verses in her Bible. Kaye enjoyed doing seek and find puzzles.
